Hey guys, I m kind of depressed now and I need youre advice! Im a vegetarian, but today my parents forced me to eat meat, and Im feeling like crap now! I dont wanna eat animals!!! What should I do? They want me to eat that crap once a weak! Im not gonna make it!!! PLEAS I NEAD YOURE HELP!!!

Answer: Tell your parents that there are other great alternatives to meat (soy protein products, etc) and that you would like to eat that instead! Maybe show them GoVeg.com and other vegetarian/vegan websites so that they understand why you do not want to eat meat.
